Author Topic: Problem with my install and need a new copy due to damged backup drive  (Read 2040 times)

I have two queries. My install of PC-Doctor Toolbox has been affected by something and needed me to reapply my activation some weeks ago. Since then my W8.1 action centre has been interminably reporting problems, but I haven’t had to reactivate again.
I was going to reinstall but my back up drive has suffered a failure (things always appear to go wrong together) so don’t have a install copy to use. (it would be useful for the program to have a repair install option as many programs do now).
So any ideas what the problem, windows report below.
Also how can I get a new download, preferably of the updated version,  (why update isn’t getting this or why when I get promotions no e-mail advisory of a new version isn’t sent I don’t understand) as my one is still 6.0.6169.101..

I will definitely let our developer's know about your request for a repair installation option, and I agree that it could definitely be helpful. We always appreciate customer feedback, please feel free to let us know if you have any other suggestions or thoughts.

Regarding the download, I have gone ahead and reset your download links and resent the product email, however the current version of Toolbox is still only 6.0.6169 (version 6.1)
