Two firewalls , no as some companies said that PC-Doctor showing wrong info at diagnose, turn off public and privacy workaround to fixed the errors shown. Did see that when two firewalls on by two suppliers , they can struggle each other such as uninstall incomplete so that having to manually done finally done.

The first firewall Microsoft one can make the 2nd McAfee one to have only intrAnet without interactive internet with dns server of ISP .

PC-Doctor Service Center and any network tests that it can perform are entirely dependent upon the network configuration of the user. If you are certain that your network is configured correctly and that Service Center should have network access, I can provide information on how to enable debug logging within Service Center. You can then provide those debug logs for review.

In order to give you the proper instructions on how to enable debug logs, will you let me know how you are currently using Service Center on the device in question?
1. Installed on Windows
2. Running Service Center from the MUD in Windows
3. Running Service Center from the MUD in Bootable

That is right  from the three steps , tested the system 1st one then extend two off.

No more error of "Two firewalls may perhaps impacting on some programs running ..."   In 2 photos of PC-doctor Tool sent via email to you.

Waiting you instruct how to get the debug log from the sc 12  if it is the place for . [Feb 07 2020 03:33.hk w10p 1909 m800 sg|mdm]
