Okay, I'm totally baffled as to why the Ineternet Communication and Data Transfer verification Test both show "No Connection"  :o

The attached file show that there is internet access from the system. So...what gives for this message ???

Are you going through a fire wall?  If so you have to add the executable to the "safe/accepted" list of applications

I can add an exception to the firewall, question now is, what is the executable that I need to add?

Hello Robert,

In looking at the screen shot you appear to be running one of our Service Center products.  You should be able to add the sccui.exe to the firewall's exception list.
