Title: Need to reinstall

I need to reinstall because it will not start.  My order number was PCD140715-7494-33369.  I still have my product key.  Please tell me how to download a re-install.

I have gone ahead and reset your download link for you. Since we have found it to solve several problems that are common during re-installation and activation, I have also updated your order with a new license using our improved license manager.

I went ahead and sent the information to the email on file for your order, and will be sending it to you via PM as well.
