This download is ridiculous, and to show how bad it is, I am going to unload the damn thing and never think of it again.
the explanations and requirements of finding out what to do are un-clear, and duplicative, and I don't want to fuss with such a stupid method of doing business .
Now to my remove programs and just take the loss as a learning experience
So now it is gone, and my stress is relieved.

I am sorry that you had a problem with our software, and I would have been happy to try and help you find a solution.
However, after searching through our system, I have been unable to find a record of your purchase. That coupled with your choice of subject leads me to believe you may have mistaken us for PC Tools and their Spyware Doctor software.
If you do decide that you would like some assistance, let me know and I will do what I can.
