PC Doctor seems to be preventing my PC from recognizing my Toshiba external hard drive

Our software shouldn't stop any hardware devices from communicating with your computer, we only scan the available hardware for testing purposes.

If you could please answer the questions below, I will be happy to investigate your issue further:

• Could you please tell me which version of our software you are using?
• Were you ever able to use this external drive after installing PC-Doctor?
• Did you have any issues with the drive before you used our software?
• Can you please provide the exact models of your external drive and your computer?
• If you plug your external drive into another computer, does it work without issue?
