Title: saving a report from the web portal

hi all new here,

is there any way to download a report that is on the www.pcdremote.com website?

Hello,

Currently, the Service Center Remote reports are only available in an HTML format. To download the report please follow the steps below:

1. Open a report that you would like to download.
2. Once the report is open in the web browser, right-click the center of the page and select the option to save as.
3. Provide the location/filename and it will download the report.

Note: Because the report is in HTML format it will require a browser to open the report anytime you would like to view it. Another option to avoid the HTML format will be to print the page as a PDF.
