After over 6 hrs my version 6 help.updates says updates downloading. If=s this to be expected or is there a problem?

That sounds like there might be an issue in the update. If you send me a PM with your email I will send you a link to update it manually.

Thanks, I finally found with the download icon there was an option to bring up the down loader. It was saying it had been interrupted. I restarted it, twice more as I kept an eye on it there after. I don't know what was causing the interruption but I have it now, again thanks.
