Title: Have purchased on line but when activating cant't get past enter product key

I have made an on line purchase and installed.

When I try to activate I have entered the product key supplied but the next button does not activate any ideas please.
It seems like i have solved the problem. But PC-doctor still not work.
When i try to run the program an error occurred:

"There was a problem validating your License:
An unknown error occurred. Please contact support (error 1) "
