Title: PC Doctor 9.5 Multipurpose USB not recognized

Hello! I've been using PC Doctor USB every week for a while now but suddenly it didn't show up in any boot order on the 3-4 computers I had in service that day. When  I insert it in a computer running windows I get the message on any machine:

Error "USB device not recognized" yettayettayetta

Are there any hope or are my USB faulty? We ordered it through the head technician of my company the 01.12. I don't have any more numbers but I have emailed the head tech about the case so I assume he can give me the information you will need.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Multipurpose USB Device, but the description you have provided certainly sounds like it has failed. I will be sending you a PM shortly with instructions to return the USB device and get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.
