How do I get get rid of the following error message?
"pcdrcui.exe-no disc
There is no disc in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive G"

Hello dttim,
The only thing that I can think of that would cause an error like that would be if you ran one of the optical drive tests (CD/DVD/Blu-Ray) and you hadn't inserted a disk to scan. I would also like to ask which version of our software you are running, and could you please share a screenshot of the error?
Once you have provided the requested information I will do my best recreate the error message you are seeing and possibly find a resolution.

P.S. Silly question, but have you tried inserting a disk?
