Title: How do we get support for Service Center 7.9

I just got the kit yesterday and I have to say I'm not impressed one bit - computer systems do not even power up with PCI POST card inserted for testing - computer will start up once the post card is removed. Cannot phone for support, have to submit a request online; which does not appear to even work.

Happened to me..

Then I read the --card--

<--- Back of computer |  | Front of Computer ---->

I turned the card around and WHALA, it worked.

Made me kinda wonder why they made it able to be insertable either way.
