Title: ANTI-VIRUS ENGINE IS NOT INSTALLED.
Post by: doug.j.jones on July 17, 2008, 08:49:53 am
Can someone help me?

My Spyware Doctor Version 5.5.1.332 is alerting me that the "anti-virus engine: not installed," and this requires attention.

However, when I click on "HELP" and then on "PRODUCT PAGE" or "COMPANY PAGE" or "GET SUPPORT NOW," nothing happens. These links are dead.

So I really have three problems:
What's up with the Anti-Virus Engine? Why are several important links dead? And How do I get help on any other matter that might come up?

doug.j.jones,

PC-Doctor is a hardware diagnostics suite preloaded on systems by most major computer manufacturers.  We do not provide any antivirus software.

We aren not affiliated in any way with PC Tools - http://www.pctools.com (http://www.pctools.com) which is the maker of the software you are having problems with.  Please contact them for assistance with their product.
