Title: Driver Code 31
Post by: simegap on February 10, 2020, 09:24:41 am
Can you assist me in getting my Hub Drivers working again.
I am getting an error code 31 displayed.
Plus if I Uninstall the USB Root Hub is it easy enough to reinstall?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This issue is commonly caused by either faulty hardware or out-of-date/corrupt drivers. It is recommended to locate the most recent drivers from the OEM website, in this case HP, and install the new drivers. If this does not resolve the issue, it may be a hardware related issue.

While we cannot provide support for troubleshooting hardware or driver issues related to you PC, we can provide support for or PC-Doctor products. If you are experiencing issues with a PC-Doctor product, please let us know which product it is and the details regarding the problem or issue you are experiencing and we will be glad to assist you.
