USB Dongle not recognized
Hi I have used my PC-Doctor to help troubleshoot many machines, but now windows on any PC will not recognize the USB Dongle.  I tried to restore using the CD but that application will not recognize the USB Dongle either, any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Under device status I get this

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Hello JB07bos,

You have already provided me with the information that I would be asking you.  I would normally ask if you tried to restore the dongle using the CD and if Windows is able to recognize the dongle.

At this point I would recommend that you contact support http://www.pc-doctor.com/support.php and let them know about the issue you are seeing.  They might be able to RMA the dongle.  I do not have the ability to issues RMAs through the forums.
