Title: Hardware Scan Result (manual) - Default Scan - Error

Dell XPS15, running current version of Win10.  PC Doctor fails with above error code after 50 secs.  If I try to troubleshoot a specific piece of hardware, it spends a few minutes thinking and then replies that it cannot refresh the list.  All other functions work OK.
