Hello, I just received my PC Doctor Service Center 11 Premier and want to test why my laptop boots, but it has a black display on the laptop and the external monitor does not sense a connection. Eventually, after numerous "Push and hold power buttons" reboots, the laptop may boot perfectly fine. How do I run diagnostics on a laptop to test what is going on? I do not see any specific laptop connectors and I obviously cannot test with a black screen on boot.
