Hello,

A) If you begin running out of space on the MUD and would like to retain all of the testing information saved to the MUD, it is recommended to export the data to a standard drive or separate USB device. You can then remove the test results from the MUD which will free up space.

B) The most common cause of the MUD not being recognized is either due to removing the MUD from the Windows PC without ejecting the device or the MUD becoming corrupted. To check to see if the MUD is corrupted, simply insert it into a different, known working device. If the MUD is recognized and Service Center can be launched, you may try power cycling the device the MUD was not recognized on. This will sometimes resolve the issue.

If the MUD is not recognized by different computers, you may need to restore the MUD. Keep in mind that restoring the MUD will remove all saved testing data. It is advised that you back up any testing data you wish to keep before restoring the MUD.

That errorring in photo computer with next re-test , error none gone . And antoher computer did work well as well, nothing error to the "Primary Interface cannot run" at all , apparently nothing about double firewalls to when test done before disabled the Microsoft Firewall defaulted .

What is " try power cycling the device the MUD was not recognized on" , is it sent the MUD to you to change an new one ?  And thank you for instructions on the backup = copy to usb , and restore how to .

Moving some Data to sc 11 MUD, that won't free more mega bytes , what specific folders consuming space can be alright  moved ?

Sincerely

The files to backup and their location on the MUD is entirely dependant on where you have saved them. However, the default location when saving reports are the following:
From the root directory of the MUD:
1. pcdoctor\sc_win\
2. pcdoctor\sc_lin\64.debian or 32.debian
3. pcdoctor\sc_dos\
4. pcdoctor\sc_and\

Once you are sure that you have all of the reports and data backed up that you want to keep, you can also use the Diagnostics DVD to restore the MUD to ensure that space is made available.
