Title: PC-Doctor capabilities
Post by: Big Italian on July 15, 2014, 03:42:16 pm
Will PC-Doctor alert me to what the cause was for a system freeze up or unexpected restart?  If not, what program will do this for me?

Kris, I have been experiencing a problem where the system will not respond even though I can still move the cursor.  The only fix is to restart the system.  What can I do?

At the very least our PC-Doctor Toolbox for Windows software will log the cause of the problem so that you can look it up within the System History tile. Also, if your system has recently experienced a blue screen error (BSOD), our Blue Screen Troubleshooter can help explain what may have caused the issue and offer suggestions for you to try in order to resolve the issue.

In addition to this PC-Doctor Toolbox will also provide our suite of diagnostic tests, which can inform you of hardware issues before they become a significant problem.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if you would like me to elaborate on anything.

Thank you,
Kris
