Error code

I executed the FPU test of PC-Doctor Service Center 5 on a AMD GeodeLX processor and I get the following erro message:
Failed testing FPU combination 1 operations, code 13.
Could someone tell me where can I find more information about this message?

Service Center 5 was released years before the Geode LX processor, Service Center 6 pre-dates them for that matter.

It could all be caused by a miss-identification of the CPU.   Have you tried the DOS CPU tests?
