Title: Any potential issues?
Post by: TonyWood on January 30, 2024, 12:12:35 am
Using the latest PC Doctor via USB key boot (updated a month ago) with no current OS installed. During the hardware scan, it halts with the message "The device discovery process was unable to finish all diagnostic tests." Pressing "OK" returns to the scanning window, but it remains stuck indefinitely. I'm using a Gigabyte GA-6LXGH MB with an Adaptec RAID Controller card and additional Ethernet cards (2-port Gigabit and 2-port 10Gigabit, Intel X520). Any potential issues with these components?

Hi Tony,

To further troubleshoot any issues enumerating hardware, we will likely require debug logs along with other further details. This can be a back-and-forth process, so we ask that you please submit a support ticket at pc-doctor.com/support.

Kind Regards,
Dan R.
