Hi
I have an older Lenovo X61 with a new Samsung 240G SSD. I have a clean install of Windows 10 Home 64bit. Everything works fine except that PC-Doctor tells me I have no SSD or drive of any kind.
I am using PC-Doctor Toolbox for Windows v7. I also had this with the previous version of PC-Doctor.
Windows recognizes the drive, any ideas why PC-Doctor can't?
Thanks, Josef

Hello,
It most likely is a driver/firmware issue. If you file a support ticket at www.pc-doctor.com/support we can proceed with generating debug logs for the software and seeing what might be going on.
