GraFowler,

You have to get into the bottom of the laptop to do this.  It is usually located behind an access panel and is sometimes occupied by a wireless network card.  Some units don't have one and some use a different type of card.

Thank you Fred for all your help its good that I can rely on your help especially as you explain the problems in a simple way. My apologies Fred for maybe asking stupid questions about my queries but I'm learning to use the service center premium 7.5.

Is it quite tricky to get inside the laptop to insert the PCI/minPCI post card?

GraFowler,

Not usually, it is usually located behind a "hatch" on the bottom.  Two screws and they lift off.  Looking on the OEM site or using Google will usually show you where it is.
