Title: PC-Doc not recognizing hardware

Hi,
Newb to the forum. I have Service center 10.5 and it will not recognize the hardware on my shop lap top,
or external had drives.  HP EliteBook 8570p Windows 10, 10 g-b. ram.
It works fine on other pc's ,sees hardware and externals.
I did a Windows 10 upgrade (so I wouldn't lose my programs and aps).
Still having the same issue with my shop lap top.
I really don't want to do a fresh install of windows.
Anyone have ideas or a solution.
I tried to submit a support ticket but wasn't able to because I'm not registered.
I can't find any place to register. I still have my purchase info and order number.

Sorry, after further investigation I was able to register.  ::)
