Service Center 9 the MUD stopped working, cannot be refreshed.

Long time no see, if you could please submit a support request for your defective USB device here: http://www.pcdservicecenter.com/support.php
I will get your RMA started right away.
Also, in the event that any other customers are having problems with the Multipurpose USB Device (MUD), it is best to submit a support request and provide your information so we can locate your order for an RMA.
