PC-Doctor MUD corrupt

I have problem with PC-Doctor Multipurpose USB Device [Service Center 9 v3], after connect to the computer the green led flash but nothing happens, computer not detect any device, i try it on several computers with no success. I cant boot from PC-Doctor MUD, Im not able to run any diagnostic from CD because it cant Verify license. PLEASE HELP!!! Sorry for my English.
