Title: Save Test logs as serial number
Post by: FreshTechDirect on June 01, 2016, 07:14:10 am
We would like to have PC Doctor to automatically save the logs as the system serial number. is this possible? Currently it just saves the logs as testlog-May-5-17-2016,14.37.56-script(system.xml). Please if anyone has the know how to accomplish this let me know!

We unfortunately do not support auto-naming by serial number. However we do support customizing report names before diagnostics are run.In order to do this after Service Center is launched, a window should populate for you to enter a session ID. At the prompt type your systems serial number, this session ID will store your current test results.

If you are not prompted for a new session ID at launch, you can access the session configuration by going to File -> Session -> Start.

Further information on configuring session ID's can be found in your service center user guide on page 15.
