Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my laptop that I was hoping to get some advice on. Despite having an Intel Evo processor [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/faqs/intel-evo/ (https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/faqs/intel-evo/)] and using high-performance software such as Premier Pro and Filmora, my laptop has been running very slow lately.
I have tried several steps to improve performance, including disabling unnecessary startup programs, running a virus scan, and clearing temporary files. However, none of these steps have made a significant difference in the speed of my laptop.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues, or has any suggestions for how to improve the performance of a laptop with an Intel Evo processor that is being used for high-performance software such as video editing. Is there a specific setting or configuration that may be causing the slowdown, or is there a hardware component that may need to be upgraded?
Any advice or insights that you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention.
Best regards,
Judy

Judy,
PC performance issues can arise for a variety of reasons. You should try to double-check the programs configured to startup with your system, always run in the background, or generally consume a lot of CPU cycles with a large memory footprint.
