Title: Primary surface test failed GTX1070ti
Post by: shaku on March 04, 2020, 11:10:13 am
Hi!
I've had some issues with performance on my PC recently and the hardware test showed a primary surface test failure with the WVC07-GVT code. I've run multiple tests and rebooted multiple times and the test is either successful or fails and is linked to a pixel color output error.  I've not overclocked or modified any hardware. Error at pixel 1887 1045 : Input color 00202020 not equal to output color 00222221. It is also the only error i have.

Thank for your help

Hi,

It looks like you have defective video memory on the graphics card. The Primary Surface Test verifies the currently displayed portion of video memory (also known as the frame buffer) is free of defects.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
