Please Help I would really appreciate it

When I did a hard disk scan there were two failures in the SMARt extended Smart test it said the read element of the test failed and it also failed in the surface scan 2 it said there was an error reading sector 61261828. >:(

I would back up your data and replace the hard drive as soon as possible.
