Last week I bought PC-Doctor Toolbox for Windows which was paid through PayPal.
I never got the product. No download link.  Nothing.  I didn't even get a message from FastSpring or PC Doctor Inc. to acknowledge my purchase.
Two emails we're sent to FastSpring.  They both have being ignored.
Is this the kind of service that can be expected from you?

I have to apologize to the PC-Doctor Inc.  It was a mistake on my part that created the problem.  Once this was resolved the support department was really helpful.
