Hello,

I've provided the upgrade eligibility link below that will allow you to start the upgrade process. From what you mentioned about recently purchasing SC11, all Service Center purchases will get one free update from the specific version that was purchased to the next version. For example, if you purchased version 10.5 that will allow it to upgrade to version 11, in your case for purchasing SC11, you'll be able to upgrade to Service Center 12.

Upgrade Eligibility: http://www.pcdservicecenter.com/upgradeeligibility.php

Please let us know if you have any other questions or if you run into any issues.

Thanks,

Meliton P.

Sorry for the inconvenience, if you could please open a support ticket here http://www.pc-doctor.com/support/open-support-ticket?view=ticket&layout=open, we can provide you with an alternative method to download the ISO onto a USB.

we also want to make sure we can address the problem you were having with the media creator. Would it be possible for you to provide us with the following information in the support ticket:

1. What specific DVD brand was used with Media Creator that prompted the "Insert Appropriate Media" error?

2. Could you provide us with the name of the disk drive you are using and the driver version currently installed?

To find this information:
1. Click on the Windows icon (Start Menu) and type "Control Panel"
2. From the Control Panel click on "Hardware and Sound"
3. In "Hardware and Sound" select "Device Manager"
4. Once in "Device Manager" locate and expand the section under "Disk Drives"
5. The device name that is required will now be shown under the "Disk Drive" section (e.g TOSHIBA DT01ACA100).
6. Right click on the disk drive name and select "Properties"
7. Click on the "Driver" tab and provide the following information for the "Driver Provider", "Driver Date", and "Driver Version". (e.g. Driver Provider: Microsoft, Driver Date:6/21/2006, and "Driver Version" 10.0.16299.15.

This information will be extremely helpful for us to assist you with upgrading to Service Center version 12.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you run into any issues.
