Toolbox Reporting Flawedly ?
Toolbox updated , at the moment , it either loading at Update with features green all passed or windows not updated error ? Microsoft always saying to the latest updated with the stump time.  What is this message implying something ?

More time 3/4 computers green toolbox when open the panel it, update loading then turn to red the toolbox icon.

      GLF
      GLF-
      20130608W8P
