Hi, I have a problem with my very new alienware laptop.

now its the 3rd or 4th time i got the error, during a normal run. Suddenly I got a black sreen with:
"no bootable devices - - strike F1 to rety boot...."
if i restart the laptop there is no problem or lost data, the system runs normally.
my support assist pc-doctor shows following infos:
Error bucket 120559094530, Type 4
Appcrash

Problem signature:
P1:NvStreamUserAgent.exe
P2: 7.1.2084.9592
P3: 57dac931
P7: c0000005
P8: 000000000003061d

Hope you have an idea that this error will not come again.

Hi,

NvStreamUserAgent.exe is related to an Nvidia graphics card, that said, it most likely would not be related to an error in your system finding your boot device.

Have you run the hardware diagnostic on your system to make sure your HDD is ok? That would be my next step.

Also you can find support for Dell Support assist directly through www.dell.com/support. They will be more knowledgeable on your alienware laptop and be able to help you.
