Hello,

The error you are experiencing usually occurs because the software is unable to fully enumerate the system devices. If you could please respond with further details, such as:

   - Can you provide the complete make and model number of the system that is experiencing this error?

   - Does this issue occur in Windows or Bootable Diagnostics?

   - After the error message occurs are you able to continue using the software, or are you stuck waiting for the enumeration process to complete?

We have found that on some computers, if you simply close the error then the software will continue as normal without the devices that are causing the problem. This appears to be due to a reporting delay.

Any additional details that you are able to provide will allow me to better assist you.

I would also suggest trying to run the software from the Diagnostics DVD (and wait to connect the USB until prompted), We have found some systems that do not recognize our USB device on boot, will work fine once the environment has loaded. Please let me know.

Thanks,
Channing

Hello BleuOisou,

Yes, I'd like to see if you can boot directly from the diagnostics DVD or USB device into the PC-Doctor Bootable diagnostics. This will take any drivers out of the equation that may be causing a problem within the Windows enumeration process. Please let me know the outcome of this.

Thanks,
Channing

Hello BleuOisou,

I am still not entirely clear if you had any luck in booting from the USB device or the DVD. If not, what happened when you attempted this? Could you provide some additional details or perhaps a screenshot, if possible, please?

Thanks,
Channing

Error as shown, after yes , the background loading endlessly 30 min longer then,  closed it . No working interface entered.

Hello BleuOisou,

Based upon your screenshot, it appears you are using the diagnostics within Windows. In order to move forward on this and offer some suggestions, I need to know if the same issue is occurring when you boot from the USB device into the Bootable diagnostics.

Thanks,
Channing

If you click the 'OK' button, are you able to continue utilizing the diagnostics?

Hello,

Have you attempted to run the software from the Diagnostics DVD and wait to connect the USB until prompted to do so? Does this process produce the same error?

Thanks,
Channing
