Using the latest PC Doctor via USB key boot (updated a month ago) with no current OS installed. During the hardware scan, it halts with the message "The device discovery process was unable to finish all diagnostic tests." Pressing "OK" returns to the scanning window, but it remains stuck indefinitely. I'm using a Gigabyte GA-6LXGH MB with an Adaptec RAID Controller card and additional Ethernet cards (2-port Gigabit and 2-port 10Gigabit, Intel X520). Any potential issues with these components?

Hello, I accidentally left the diagnostics DVD in a customer's computer, and I'm unsure which one it is. Is there a download link available, or can I order a replacement? I've only had the kit for a few days. Thanks!

We're working on implementing a burn-in process for a Touch panel PC (Intel Atom processor). However, during the boot with MUD (bootable diagnostics), the display shows a message indicating an issue with configuring display resolution. Even in video fallback or external VGA mode, the behavior remains the same. The panel works fine with our Linux build, and it doesn't require any special drivers. The display is an SVGA 800x600 LCD. Any suggestions?

Is it safe to assume you are running Service Center for Windows? If so, what version of Service Center are you using?

With Service Center 15+, you can use the attached script that configures a hidden parameter that controls the default test to run.

To use this script:
  • Download keyboard.txt and rename to keyboard.xml
  • Launch Service Center Windows
  • Go to the Script Editor tab and click Load Script
  • Navigate to keyboard.xml

Hello,

Is it possible to change the way Keyboard Interactive Test starts up?

Currently it always starts up with the "Simple KeyBoard Test" as standard. At our company we always use the "Keyboard Layout Test", so it would be slightly benneficial for us if that option was always the one that opened during this test.
