Hello,
I have a problem where we accidentally diskwiped a PC-Doctor 11.0 Key.
When i try to use the Recovery tool, it says that "No Multipurpose USB Devices were detected. Insert device"
Im unsure how to recover it from this state.

I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with your USB Device. If you are unable to restore the USB device, the next step will be to replace the defective USB.
If you could please submit a support ticket to the link below, we will verify if you are within the warranty to start the replacement process. In the support ticket, also include any information for the original purchase (Such as the original email used for the purchase).
