Hi,
The MMX Test have failed but when I try to search "Help and Support Center" nothing comes up. Don't know for sure what can be the problem other than it's part of the CPU test.

To begin, you are correct this test is based on the CPU and the test verifies that the CPU supports special Multimedia functions. The test results will log any detected errors in the CPU. I recommend providing your test logs and it will contain information for the failed commands that caused this test to fail.

Sorry for the long wait.
I was using version 10 when it happened but when testing with 11 all worked out fine thanks.
