Title: Can not activate the download

Have installed the program and used the code but it stops at the next box where it asks for permission to send me offers etc. Now I have been locked out with a message that I have had too many activation requests. My pc shuts down after about 10 mins due to some hardware problem which is why I purchased PC Dr
