Hello, I'm having trouble connecting to internet, mi wireless signal is very good and the connection icon shows I'm connected, an the same happens with the wired connection that shows that I'm connected as well.

I ran for this a PC doctor exam and it shows an error code NC315-1W, i think this is the issue that does not allow me to access internet though i am connected.

Can anyone help with what to do to recover mi internet access.

Hello SMB,

I cannot answers questions that are not directly related to one of our products.  However, you may want to check firewall settings and any possible proxy settings that you may have.  These can potentially interfere with your connection.
