Hi
I have a Lenovo laptop 3000 C200 on which PC-Doctor5 was already installed when bought 4 years ago and has always worked fine.

Recently, however, when I try to open the programme I get a message  "java.lang.NegativityArraySizeException" and can get no further

Please can you help me

I am very sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

Have you made any recent changes to your system?

When did the problems begin occurring?

Have you attempted to remove/reinstall the Lenovo Thinkvantage Toolbox software?
1. Click on the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner (normally)
2. Click on "Control Panel"
3. Click on "Add or Remove Programs"
4. Browse on the list of installed applications and select Lenovo Thinkvantage Toolbox
5. Click on the "Remove" button and complete the uninstallation wizard.
6. Reboot your computer
7. Visit the below link to download the latest version of Lenovo Thinkvantage Toolbox
- http://web.lenovothinkvantagetoolbox.com/index.html
8. Install the freshly downloaded copy of Lenovo Thinkvantage Toolbox
