Hello Darnellb5,

I assume you are talking about the saved test logs when running service center in DOS?  The default save location of the file is actually on the vdisk.  You should have been given an option to change the default location to the PC-Doctor thumb drive, which is usually drive c:.  You can also change the save location to the thumb drive by pressing "c" when viewing the menu and select the c: drive or option "c."
Log files will then be saved to the thumb drive when running from the menu options.  If you are running stand along and do not provide a save location (i.e. c:\test.logs) the file will be placed in the vdisk.
If you want to view the test logs in DOS you can do so by pressing "L" when running tests from the menu or "F3" while viewing the results page while running tests in standalone mode.
You can always load the test.log file, while in stand alone, using the following steps:
  • navigate to the utility menu
  • select the File Editor option
  • press F2
  • select the load file option
  • browse to the save file location and select the desired file to open
