Hi,

I run PC doctor test to PCs. Having understand that pc doc test, we could save the log file into diskette for future reference. However, I tried several times and several machine, I can't save the log file into the diskette.

Using
- USB FDD

What have I done?
- Set the USB FDD into first piority.
- when start pc doc test, I slot in my diskette
- diskette stay with the USB FDD connected to the System at all times

End result
- No media in drive. Please insert media.

The above is the problem that i am facing now, hence I am seeking for expertise advice on this topic, hope you could provide me with some advice. Thanks in advance.

It appears that we can see the FDD, but that you are having issues with the media itself.  Are you trying to save in DOS or Windows?  If you are in DOS have you tried a different diskette?  If you are in Windows, can you access the disk in the FDD?

I have confirmed that using a TEAC USB floppy, I have confirmed that I am able to save the log files to the floppy without issue in both Windows and DOS.
