Got this error with message to try again AFTER stopping  "running disk operations".
What are the "running disk operations"?
I have WXP

braxx20,

This is a SMART drive error.  The running disk operations is PC-Doctor waiting for the drive to run it's SMART tests.  Stopping this is not reccomended if you want to receive valid results.

If you want to test the drive(s) reboot and run the tests when you have time to allow them to complete.  On some systems this can take an hour or more.
