I can not get PC-Doctor to load. I've been having some PC issues, getting not responding messages in several applications.

I've tried to run PC-Doctor only to have it tell me: Hardware Diagnostic Tool has stopped working.

I have an HP 980t Elite System. Is there a way to re-install or repair this program so it will run properly??

Yes,  go to the HP website, download the version for your system and install it.  The install process will remove the current version and install the new.  It will do this even if the versions are the same.

I did a quick search on the HP site for a 980t Elite but did not find that system. hopefully it's a typo.  At any rate start here, enter the model and download the software.
