the usb mud stopped working today, I noticed when all my computers where asking for usb device even with proper configuration on bios, then when i plugged it in to my pc noticed that not lights come on at all, it died.I have 7.5 what would be the procedure for this?

Please go to:
http://www.pc-doctor.com/support.php
and fill out the support form requesting an RMA number for the MUD. When you receive the RMA number back via email Ship the MUD back to us with the RMA on the label and we will send you a replacement.

In general we will send the new one back to you the same way you send the bad one to us. i.e. if you overnight it to us we will overnight it back, if you send it 4th class we'll do the same.

Sorry it died on you, we'll fix you back up.
