Help  Angry
i have just tried testing the subject matter with PC-doctor 7.5 diagnostic software to find the fault with a wireless card.
The wireless card is good health. (swapped out)
Device manager does not show the card.
The diagnostic report does not show any diagnostics's for this item.
Did i do something wrong ?
Ran the DOS diagnostics.  Huh

Mr Anderson,

If Device Manager does not see this card then the system is not recognizing it.  If the system does not "know about it" it doesn't exist and therefor can not be tested.

Some thoughts; Are there any yellow exclamation points in device manager?  Have you attempted to install the driver for the wireless card?  Is it disabled in BIOS?

We need to get the system to see it before we can test it.
