Hi, I am a friend of a friend who knows someone who works there. [I know it sounds corny, but its true.] So, my friend told me that he got an email from his friend (your employee) and he told me that you were hiring and that you guys do alot of employee contests. He said that currently a Wii and an IPod was the current prize. So, my friend told me to come here and check it out.
SOUNDS LIKE FUN!
Do you have anything available other than QA Engineer and Software Engineer? I don't think I can qualify for those Engineering positions, but I sure would love to work there.

Hi LSCypher, I too am an employee here at PC-Doctor and as one of the leaders of the MoFs, I can tell you this is a great place to work! I've been here 3 1/2 years and I've never worked in a better environment. I used to do game development (2D/3D artist) with a team of about 10. There is less politics here than in an office of 10 people! The team dynamics are great. Another perk of working here is the Masters of Fun (MoFs). We organize fun events for the company, and it's run entirely by volunteer employees. Some of the events we've done this year include a ski/board day, camping, pool nights, and Uber Brothers LAN parties. Talk about a great time! Currently, our open positions are QA & Software engineers but we're always on the lookout for great new candidates. It can't hurt to submit your resume by visiting our careers page on our corporate site. A dedicated MoF page should go up today, so check back for an update.

What's wrong with November? The thought of frozen bright paintballs flying at your face and body not appealing? How does September sound? We really need to do a fundraiser. I think it's time for a bake auction. Kelly!!!!!

I'm in for the bake sale.
Have a new sourdough starter (in addition to the original.)

P.S.- Flying frozen painballs = BAD!

Oh come on, the way I look at it is that it's more realistic, right? Plus, there's almost no cheating. If you're hit, EVERYONE will know about it!

Can anyone tell me what to expect? From all I've seen around here, and on the pc-doctor.com site, PC-Doctor looks like an AWESOME place to work!
I'm really excited at the opportunity!

You didn't say what position you're interviewing for, but the process is very thorough for all positions. You'll meet several great people. You'll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions as well as answer them. When you're finished, you'll have no doubt about whether you'll be comfortable here or not. Relax, be yourself, and enjoy!

During the interviews, expect to be thoroughly questioned - come prepared. During the hiring process, expect to be thoroughly anxious. A job offer may come at anytime. Or that other thing - we don't need to mention that thing blah! Finally, while working here, expect to be thoroughly HAPPY!
