I Did a Diagnosis on a Hp ZX5000 Laptop and got the message in the Log that says "RTC Clock Failed" also got Keyboard Failure. The Keyboard is working fine so I'm a little confused about the results! But what does RTC Clock Failed mean?

CoolBreeze,

Laptop RTC and keyboard tests can sometimes be problematic.  Laptops are very specialized hardware.

Did you use the HP bootable diagnostics to test this system?  Please go to the HP website and download the PCDR bootable diagnostics from there and run them.  Let me know the results.

The keyboard error is most likely the laptop keyboard not doing something a standard PS2 emulated keyboard should do, which in itself is not a problem on a laptop if it is designed that way.  The same with the RTC test.
