hi have no file,tools or settings on my ie8 toolbar and i cant access my internet options through control panel plz help i have tried restoreing my computer,i cant uninstall ie8,it wont let me download from the net i dont know what to do?HuhHuhHuh?

This board is for support of the PC-Doctor suite of programs, not general computer help.  Try Google for IE Toolbar missing or intstall Firefox.
